All packages we send are insured. Lead time depends on stock, but in most cases it takes 2 days. In case of International orders we honour only pay in advance, we deliver goods after we receive payment.

Goods that are picked up from our stock are technically efficient and have no damage or defects. When the transport company picks goods up from the seller, ownership of the goods and risk of damage passes to buyer (If any item is received with freight damage, it's necessary for the buyer to note "damage freight" on the carrier's bill before signing it).
A customer may choose the transport company, which delivers goods to the customer.
All transport charges are paid by the customer. Shipping charges are added to the invoice, unless customer want to use his own transport company, in this case customers have to provide us with his agreement with the transport company, then costs passed to customer (if transport company provide this service).
We aren't responsible for time taken by freight to the customer
