The shipping method is depending on the order, we choose the best transport method to save cost and time. Usually we use UPS transport company, which offers door-to-door deliveries, including customs procedures if required (without customs charges). The customs clearance is not necessary for the European Union shipments, the delivery time depends on the choosen carrier and the distance.
For big orders we prefer to ship goods on pallets by wheel transport. We provide few ways of transport:
- Air Cargo - usually on CPT or CIP delivery conditions (to the airport), then a customer is responsible to use some of airport agencies to make the customs clearance (every airport offers this service). The customs procedures concern with the non European Union countries.
- Wheel transport (on a truck) - usually shipped on DDU delivery conditions (if the customer require other delivery conditions it can be changed). The customs procedures concern with the non European Union countries.
- Ocean transport - the delivery conditions are EXW or FOB (if the customer require other delivery conditions it can be changed). The customs procedures concern with the non European Union countries.
- Standard door-to-door courier - we use the courier companies of UPS, DHL and DPD. They offer the complete door-to-door service.
The shipping charge is individually calculated for every shipment, by a CyberBajt's logistic manager. The customs procedures (clearance) is provided by transport subcontractors and the responsibility of the package is passed on them when the shipment leaves the CyberBajt's stock (when picked up by the courier). The logistic person from CyberBajt offers the additional insurance to the customers if they require it.
The transport companies take into consideration one of two weights: real weight or dimensional weight (it depends on the dimensions of the package), remember that prices are calculated for groos weights (with the package, also pallets or another package elements).
