The problem of insufficient device performance working at 802.11b standard has been since long time for Internet service provider. With no meaning is used equipment, however a packetful performance of used protocol and turn disruptions out ensued with avalanchely development of others access networks. At the 2,4GHz band are placed 13 channels, but from these among only 3 are independent and non-disrupting each other. So, Does inexpensive solution of presented problem exist? It seems, that it does. The 5GHz band is very helpful because it enables the access for many independent channels and 802.11a protocol in comparison to 802.11b used for possible limits is much more efficently as regard gained bandwidths and let packets number through per second.
This report presents practical use of RouterBoard 512 with the MikroTik system installed and level 5 licence in 2.9.5 version as the base and CA8-4 device as wireless client working in the WDS mode. (instalation in the part of CyberNet network in Zamość).
